The method meets the real room.

8 modules

  1. Your Advocacy Story~9 min

In Foundations you learned why stories win and how the Story Map is built. This is where you build yours — the one true story you carry into every room. This module gives you the Memory Mine for surfacing it, the four-step construction that turns a memory into a narrative, and the draft-then-refine discipline that separates a story that lands from a story that rambles.

  2. The Message Matrix~8 min

One fight, many rooms. The Caregiver and the Sage sit in the same row of the same board; the email, the podium, and the op-ed reach different people in different postures. The Message Matrix is how you tune one true message across every audience and channel you have to reach — shifting the frame and the proof, never the ask and never the truth.

  3. Reading the Room~8 min

Foundations taught you to guess someone's archetype before you walk in. The real room doesn't hold still. This module is live reading — catching the cues a person gives in the first two minutes, updating your guess on the fly, and steering with 'yield and stick' when you're wrong or when the person across the table came to fight. It closes with the clipboard drill that builds the muscle.

  4. The Public Comment~8 min

Three minutes at a microphone in front of a body that isn't allowed to answer you: the most visible and most misread venue in advocacy. It is not a speech — it's closer to a court filing. This module gives you the honest catalog of what three minutes can and cannot do, the four-part structure (locate, ask, evidence, record) time-budgeted to the clock, the underused power of the written submission, and the checklist for the minutes before you stand up.

  5. Working the Media~7 min

Most of the people who shape your fight will never sit in the meeting — they read about it. This module is how you reach them: the Newsworthiness Checklist that decides whether a reporter can even use your story, the 80/20 rule that keeps you from wasting your effort spraying press releases, and platform-audience matching so the channel fits the people you're actually trying to move.

  6. Pre-Suasion in Practice~7 min

Foundations introduced pre-suasion — the moment before you speak shapes whether you're heard. This is the field version: the three practical levers (what you lead with, what you attach your ask to, when you time it), the channel and setting factors that decide the ground, and an honest failure analysis of when a setup backfires. The privileged moment is not the ask; it's the instant before it.

  7. Your First Alliance~7 min

Almost no fight is won alone, and every coalition starts as one conversation. This module is that conversation: the difference between a supporter who agrees with you and an ally who does something, the three-part shape that turns the first into the second, the first-follower principle that makes the second ally far easier than the first, and why you activate people instead of collecting names.

  8. Field Capstone: One Real Room~8 min

The Field tier gave you seven instruments. This capstone points all of them at one real, upcoming room in your own fight — the next meeting, hearing, or conversation that actually matters — and walks you through building the whole approach: who's in it, what you'll say, what's already in the record before you speak, who's coming with you, and what's set up in the moment before. Not new theory. Your plan.
